ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND APPROVALS MUST BE IN WRITING
* No work will be scheduled until all details are provided in writing. This includes complete decoration, merchandise, and shipping/delivery instructions.
We verify arriving merchandise as a courtesy at no additional charge. This courtesy does not hold Kaptain Kirk Clothing Co. liable if we miss a vendor error and decorate the wrong merchandise. We have caught many mistakes, but this responsibility lies solely with your vendor. We cannot assume liability for another's error.
We attempt, but may not always be able to alert you if your goods have not arrived in time to meet your requested ship date. We cannot track your incoming goods. Please stay in touch with your vendors, and track your orders to insure your goods are received in adequate time to meet your ship date. NO incoming orders will be broken down to fulfill different POs.
There will be a $20 charge for any incoming goods not accompanied by a packing slip or copy of a PO.
Please notify us by email, of all incoming goods and POs.
DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THE ATTENTION OF ANYONE AT KAPTAIN KIRK CLOTHING CO.
Always include your company name and PO on all attention lines.
DAMAGED/MISPRINTED GOODS LIABILITY
There is a 2% spoilage allowance on all orders. Please include extras if your order must ship 100%. On ASI distributed apparel we will cover 100% of costs above the 2% spoilage allowance.
We cannot cover costs on retail brands, or any goods not sold through an industry vendor, and/or may not specifically be designed to accommodate the chose decoration method.
Regular ground shipping expenses will be included on incoming and outgoing replacement goods.
Our liability is limited to $20 per item, and our total exposure is limited to 5% of your total decoration service expenditures for the most recent 6 months.
Regarding embroidery, we will not charge for pre-pro samples on firm orders in-house, time frame permitting.
We encourage samples or press checks on large orders or extraordinarily valuable items.
We must receive damaged/misprinted merchandise back, and we will credit replacements for the same style, color, size, and decoration as the original item.
